Quartz Top: Avoid exposing your quartz countertop to abrasive, acidic, or harsh chemicals, as they can cause corrosion and erosion.

Water Creation products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty commences from the initial date of purchase by the owner or trade professional, from an authorized Water Creation dealer, through the one (1) year term of the original owner or end-user. Water Creation will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or make appropriate arrangements to rectify such defects which occurred from normal usage within the one year. Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, modification, removal, or labor costs associated.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Water Creation. If for any reasons you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below to make your return process a smooth experience:
Products that are unused and in its original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt.
If the return request for this order falls outside of the 30-day return policy period. We will accept the return as long as it is in original packaging and all items are received in good condition, but a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Products that had been installed, altered, or modified in any way are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds.
