Shipping Policies

Water Creation strives to ship all orders in a timely and efficient manner. Once an order is placed for an in-stock item, the order will be shipped by the next business day. Due to this time restraint, any changes to the order such as consignee, ship-to address, shipping method, or any other reasons will result in a delay of shipment and subject to additional fees.

Order Tracking

Once an order leaves our warehouse, an email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer with the tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours before the tracking information becomes available on the carrier’s website.

Backorders

Out-of-stock items can be added to the shopping cart. Once an order is checked out, in-stock items on the order will be charged and shipped within one business day, and out-of-stock items will be provided with an approximate lead time. Out-of-stock items will not be charged until the items are back in stock and available to ship.

Parcel Shipments

Smaller items such as faucets, accessories, and kitchen sinks will be shipped by parcel shipment (UPS, FedEx, etc.) A signature is not required, therefore any shipment delivered when there is no available person to sign for the shipment will be left at the front door.

LTL Shipments

Large and heavy items such as bathroom vanities, or items exceeding 155 pounds will ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) shipment. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment, and a person must be available at the time of delivery to sign for the shipment. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled delivery, or if the shipment is refused without valid reason.

Damaged Packages

Before signing for the shipment and releasing the driver, please carefully inspect the shipment for any visible damage. Open the boxes and inspect the products (Countertops, sinks, etc.) for damages or missing parts. If damages are found, reject the shipment and ask the driver to take it back, or note the damages on the Delivery Bill before signing for the shipment and releasing the driver. Contact Water Creation within 48 hours of receiving or refusing a damaged shipment for further instructions.

Additional Charges

For special areas that requires special delivery services, such as Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc., is subject to extra shipping fees.
