Water Creation strives to ship all orders in a timely and efficient manner. We offer free domestic shipping on applicable products for shipping to one physical address within the 48 contiguous United States. Once an order is placed for an in-stock item, we will process your shipment within 2 to 3 business day. Due to this time restraint, any changes to the order such as consignee, ship-to address, shipping method, or any other reasons will result in a delay of shipment and subject to additional fees.
Normal order processing can take between 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Once your order is picked up by carrier at our warehouse, an email notification with tracking information will be sent to the registered email address on your order. It may take up to 24 hours before the tracking information becomes available on the carrier’s website.
Out-of-stock items can be added to the shopping cart. Once an order is checked out, in-stock items on the order will be charged and shipped within 2 to 3 business day, and out-of-stock items will be provided with an approximate lead time. For out-of-stock order, we will not charge your account until the items are back in stock and available to ship.
We ship smaller, lighter items such as faucets, accessories, and kitchen sinks via courier or mail (e.g. UPS, FedEx, or USPS). You'll receive notification as soon as the order ships. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be registered/scanned in the carrier's system. This could prevent visibility to your shipment. A signature is not required, therefore any shipment delivered when there is no available person to sign for the shipment will be left at the front door.
At Water Creation, we attempt to provide the absolute best shipping prices possible for customers. All LTL shipments are curbside delivery at no cost to customer. Oversized items such as bathroom vanities, or other items exceeding 155 pounds will ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) shipment. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, and a person must arrange a 4-6 hours delivery window, and be available at the time of delivery to sign for the shipment. The delivery agent will unload the item(s) and place it on the curb outside your home or shipping address. You may want to ask a family member or friend for an extra hand to move it. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled delivery, or if the shipment is refused without valid reason. For other extra delivery options such as White Glove or Threshold Delivery, customers may contact us to request a quote prior to purchase. Persons 18 years of age or older must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
Actions to Damaged Packages:
Before signing for the shipment and releasing the driver, please carefully inspect the shipment for any visible damage. Open the boxes and inspect the products (Countertops, sinks, etc.) for damages or missing parts. If damages are found, reject the shipment and ask the driver to take it back immediately, and note the “damages”on the Delivery Bill before signing for the shipment and releasing the driver. Contact Water Creation within 24 hours of receiving or refusing a damaged shipment for further instructions.
Some small parcel orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature. For oversized shipment, a person 18 years of age or older must present at the delivery to sign for the shipment.
Additional Shipping Charges:
For special areas that requires special delivery services, such as Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc., is subject to extra shipping fees. Please contact our customer support to request a quote prior to purchase. Otherwise, you may arrange delivery with your preferred freight agent for shipment.
