Water Creation Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Water Creation, we are committed to shipping all orders in a timely and efficient manner. We offer free domestic shipping on eligible products shipped to a single physical address within the 48 contiguous United States.

 


 

Order Processing

  • All in-stock items are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Any changes to the order—such as consignee, shipping method, or address—after placement may delay shipment and incur additional fees.

 


 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is picked up from our warehouse, a tracking email will be sent to your registered email address.

  • It may take up to 1–2 business days for tracking information to appear on the carrier's website.

 


 

Backordered Items

  • Out-of-stock items cannot be added to the cart.

  • Only in-stock items can be purchased and will ship within 2–3 business days.

  • If an item is temporarily unavailable, please use the "Notify Me When Available" feature to receive an alert as soon as the item is back in stock.

 


 

Shipping Methods

Parcel Shipments (UPS, FedEx, USPS)

  • Used for smaller items like faucets, accessories, and kitchen sinks.

  • Signature is generally not required.

  • Packages may be left at the door if no one is available to receive them.

  • It can take up to 1–2 business days for the tracking number to register in the carrier's system.

LTL Shipments (Less Than Truckload)

  • Used for oversized items such as bathroom vanities, linen cabinets, and washstands with countertops.

  • Curbside delivery is provided at no cost.

  • Carrier will contact you to arrange a 4–6 hour delivery window.

  • Someone 18 years or older must be present to receive, inspect and sign for the delivery.

  • The delivery agent will unload the item at the curbside only. You are responsible for opening the carton to inspect the item, bringing it indoors, and arranging any additional assistance at your own discretion.

  • Additional charges may apply for rescheduled delivery or refused shipments without valid reason.

 


 

Delivery Service Levels

Curbside Delivery

  • Freight is delivered to the curb or driveway edge only.

  • The customer is responsible for bringing the item inside the home and thoroughly inspecting it upon delivery to ensure it arrives in acceptable condition.

White Glove Delivery (Optional Upgrade)

  • Inside delivery to a designated area inside the house

  • Unpacking and debris removal included.

  • Assembly or installation is not included.

  • Existing items will not be removed from your home.

Delivery Limitations & Liability Disclaimer

Water Creation is not responsible for delivery failures or complications arising from the following conditions:

  • The item does not fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, or into the intended space within the home.

  • There is insufficient clearance at entry points or along delivery paths.

  • If the carrier determines that delivering the item to the designated location poses a high risk of property damage, they reserve the right to refuse delivery beyond the curbside.

If any delivery-related incident occurs, please contact Water Creation immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

 


 

Modifying Delivery After Shipment

Changing delivery details once a shipment is en route may incur:

  • Re-consignment fees for address or delivery changes.

  • Storage fees or mis-delivery charges if no one is present.

  • Delays if incorrect contact info is provided or rerouting is necessary.

 


 

Deliveries to Special Locations

Shipping to remote areas such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands may require additional fees.

  • Please contact customer support for a shipping quote before purchasing, or arrange your own freight service.

 


 

Pre-Delivery Checklist

  1. Measure Your Space

    • Check the dimensions of the product with packaging to ensure it fits through:

      • Doorways, hallways, staircases.

    • Review the weight to determine if help or tools are needed.

  2. Choose the Right Delivery Option

    • Understand the differences between Curbside and White Glove delivery.

  3. Plan for Multi-Floor Deliveries

    • Second or third-floor deliveries may require:

      • extra manpower.

      • Additional fees for stairs or difficult access.

  4. Confirm Building Access

    • For apartments/condos, verify:

      • Building delivery rules.

      • Elevator access and size.

      • Appointment requirements.

  5. Prepare for Installation

    • Though vanities are pre-assembled, you may need:

      • Professional help for positioning or plumbing.

      • To unpack items outdoors due to size constraints.

  6. Check Carrier Damage Policy

    • Fragile items like vanities must be inspected before signing the delivery receipt.

    • Note visible damage and refuse delivery if needed.

    • Contact Water Creation within 24 hours for claims.

  7. Coordinate Extra Help

    • For large or heavy items, consider arranging:

      • Additional people.

      • Equipment like dollies or sliders.

  8. Budget for Extra Costs

    • Be aware of fees for:

      • Tight access, stairs, missed appointments, or special handling.

 


 

Receiving & Inspection Guidelines

LTL Shipments

  • Before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD), inspect for damage.

  • Once POD is signed confirming “received in good condition,” responsibility transfers to you.

  • If damaged:

    • Note the issue, refuse the delivery, and contact us within 24 hours.

Parcel Shipments

  • For missing or damaged parts:

    • Contact Water Creation within 24 hours for replacements or refunds.

    • Delayed notifications may prevent claim resolution.

 


 

Signature Requirements

  • Some small parcel shipments may require a signature.

    • If required, carriers will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

  • For LTL deliveries:

    • An adult (18+) must be present to sign at the time of delivery.
