Water Creation Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Water Creation, we are committed to shipping all orders in a timely and efficient manner.
We offer free standard delivery on eligible products shipped to a single physical address within the 48 contiguous United States.
Order Processing

All in-stock items are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Any changes to the order—such as consignee, shipping method, or address—after placement may delay shipment and incur additional fees.
Delivery Time
Delivery time varies depending on the destination and carrier schedule.

Shipping Cost
All Water Creation products include free Standard Delivery within the 48 contiguous United States.

Additional shipping fees apply for deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands.

Expedited & White Glove Delivery
Customers who wish to upgrade their delivery service can choose White Glove Delivery for an additional $400.
White Glove Delivery includes:

Inside delivery to a designated area within your home.

Unpacking and debris removal.
Not included:

Assembly or installation.
-
Removal of existing items or packaging from prior deliveries.
Order Tracking
Once the tracking number becomes available, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
It may take up to 1–2 business days for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.
Backordered Items

Out-of-stock items cannot be added to the cart.

Only in-stock items can be purchased and will ship within 2–3 business days.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, use the “Notify Me When Available” feature to receive an alert as soon as it’s restocked.
Shipping Methods
Parcel Shipments (UPS, FedEx, USPS)

Used for smaller items such as faucets, accessories, and kitchen sinks.

Signature is generally not required.
-
Packages may be left at the door if no one is available.

Tracking may take 1–2 business days to activate in the carrier’s system.
LTL Shipments (Less Than Truckload)

Used for oversized items like vanities, linen cabinets, and washstands with countertops.

Curbside delivery is included at no cost.
-
The carrier will contact you to arrange a 4–6 hour delivery window.

Someone 18 years or older must be present to receive, inspect, and sign for delivery.

The delivery agent will unload at curbside only. Customers are responsible for moving the item inside and inspecting it. If any damage or issue is discovered, it must be reported to Water Creation within 24 hours of delivery.

Additional charges may apply for rescheduled or refused deliveries without valid reason.
Delivery Service Levels
Curbside Delivery (Standard)

Freight is delivered to the curb or driveway edge only.

Customers are responsible for moving the item inside and inspecting it. If any damage or issue is discovered, it must be reported to Water Creation within 24 hours of delivery.
White Glove Delivery (Optional Upgrade)

Inside delivery to a designated area inside the house.

Unpacking and debris removal included.

Assembly or installation not included.
-
Existing items will not be removed.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the product before signing the delivery receipt. If any damage or issue is discovered, it must be reported to Water Creation within 24 hours of delivery to ensure timely claim resolution.
Delivery Limitations & Liability Disclaimer
Water Creation is not responsible for delivery failures or complications arising from the following:

The item does not fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, or intended spaces.

Insufficient clearance at entry points or along delivery paths.
-
If the carrier determines delivery poses a high risk of property damage, they may refuse to proceed beyond curbside.
If any delivery-related issue occurs, please contact Water Creation immediately for assistance.
Modifying Delivery After Shipment
Changing delivery details once a shipment is en route may result in:

Re-consignment fees for address or delivery changes.

Storage or mis-delivery charges if no one is present.
-
Delays caused by incorrect contact information or rerouting.
Deliveries to Special Locations
Shipping to remote areas such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands may require additional fees.

Receiving & Inspection Guidelines
LTL Shipments

Inspect packaging before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).

Once POD is signed “in good condition,” responsibility transfers to you.

If damaged: note the issue, refuse delivery, and contact us within 24 hours.
Parcel Shipments

Report missing or damaged parts to Water Creation within 24 hours for resolution.

Delayed notifications may prevent claims.
Signature Requirements

Some small parcel shipments may require a signature (up to 3 delivery attempts).
-
For all LTL shipments, an adult (18+) must sign at the time of delivery.
