Return Policy

Water Creation reserves the right to refuse returns for products that do not exhibit a manufacturing defect, have been damaged due to customer use, or to prevent fraud or abuse.

At Water Creation, we prioritize your utmost satisfaction with your purchase. In the event that you are not entirely content, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process

Eligible Returns (Within 30 Days)

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.


  • Timeframe: Must be requested within thirty (30) days of delivery.


  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


  • Processing Fee: A 3% processing fee will be applied to all eligible returns.


  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to items returned without original packaging.

Non-original packaging includes any packaging that differs from the original manufacturer's box, inserts, or protective materials.

Returns Outside the 30-Day Window

  • Condition: Products must still be in original packaging and satisfactory condition.


  • Processing Fee: A 3% processing fee will be applied to all returns outside the 30-day window.


  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the original purchase price.


  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item has been installed, altered, or modified.

  • The product is a discontinued item.

  • The return does not comply with the conditions outlined above.

Cancellation Policy

At Water Creation Inc., we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. To maintain efficiency in our order processing and fulfillment, the following is our cancellation policy:

Order Cancellation Window

  • Customers may cancel their order at any time after placement. A cancellation fee of 3% of the total order amount will be applied regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

  • Requests must be submitted through our official customer service channels.

Order Cancellation Policy After Shipment:

  • Small Parcel Shipments:

    • Once a small parcel order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. If the package is rerouted or refused upon delivery, the rerouting fee will be deducted from the final refund amount, in addition to the 3% cancellation fee.

  • Large Parcel Shipments:

    • For large parcel orders that have already shipped, a 5% cancellation fee and reroute or return shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Damages and Issues

We take meticulous care in packaging your order to ensure its arrival in pristine condition. Upon receipt of your shipment, we kindly ask that you thoroughly inspect the package.

  1. Less than Truckload (LTL) Freight Shipments: Before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD), please thoroughly inspect the items to ensure they are in good condition. If you notice any damages, kindly refuse the delivery by documenting the issue on the POD and requesting the driver to return the item. Please contact Water Creation within 24 hours to arrange a refund or replacement. Failure to do so may result in an inability to process your request.

  2. Missing Parts: In the event of missing parts, please notify us within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours to arrange a replacement.

  3. Parcel Shipments (UPS, FedEx, USPS): If you receive a damaged product or notice any missing parts, please contact Water Creation within twenty-four (24) hours to arrange a refund or replacement; failure to do so may result in the inability to process your request.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Products labeled as "Non-Returnable"

    • Items marked as "Discontinued"

    • Gift cards

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return at our warehouse, we will promptly notify you of the refund approval status. The transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper typically ranges from five (5) to ten (10) business days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed through your original payment method within seven (7) business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Should more than seven (7) business days have elapsed since the approval of your refund and you have not received it, kindly submit a ticket through our "Contact Us" page.

Water Creation Price Match Policy

At Water Creation, we are committed to providing our customers with the best value. If you find a lower price on an identical product from a reputable retailer, we will match that price. Please review our terms and conditions below.

Eligibility:

  • The product must be identical in brand, model, size, and specifications.

  • Price matching is valid only for purchases from authorized retailers, including select online platforms.

  • Clearance, refurbished, and open-box items are not eligible for price matching.

Competitor Price Matching:

We match prices with selected online competitors.

Online Retailers:

  • Home Depot

  • Lowe’s

  • Walmart

  • Wayfair

Excluded Retailers:

Water Creation does not price match products sold on:

  • Auction sites (e.g., eBay)

  • Membership-based retailers (e.g., Costco, Sam’s Club)

  • Third-party marketplace sellers (unless sold and fulfilled by Amazon)

Conditions:

  • The lower price must include all applicable taxes and shipping fees.

  • Price match requests must be submitted at the time of purchase or within 14 days after purchase.

  • Proof of the lower price (e.g., advertisement, website link, screenshot, or picture) is required when submitting a price match request.

  • We reserve the right to verify competitor pricing before approving a match.

Price Adjustments:

At Water Creation, we strive to offer the best prices at all times. Our pricing is carefully set based on various factors to ensure the highest quality and value. Therefore, we do not provide price adjustments for any internal price reductions after a purchase has been completed.
